This afternoon we spent several hours on our front porch watching the rain. I love my porch. All the kids came out and we sat and watched and even saw lightning strike in our neighbor's yard. The kids had a blast playing and getting soaking wet -- from the porch. It was only about a month ago Tess was looking at the blog and saw an old picture of Sarah, Caroline, Bethany and Claire playing in the rain and she said she wished she could do that. Well, today she did. Funny, how such small things can be so much fun to a kid.
Evelyn and Liam were over visiting so they ended up soaking wet, too.
