Today our special thing was to decorate the Christmas tree. We already had lights on the tree but no ornaments. So, this afternoon we put some ornaments on the tree. We usually wait till evening to do this, but the kids didn't care and just wanted to get started on it. Now our family room looks much more like Christmas.
We continue to read The Christmas Doll and will finish it tomorrow. We just love this book and I think it has such a sweet ending. As soon as the kids get out of bed in the morning, they are asking for me to read it.
